Kinky Kupid has partnered with large national distributors for sex toys. While we maintain our primary location in the DC area, to reduce shipping time and cost so that you can have your order delivered to you as soon as possible, we ship your products from one of these distributors based on location, product availability etc. We are also seeking new distribution partnerships actively to further enhance our shipping routes. Currently, our time to ship is less than 24 hours.
Studies show that the biggest complaint people have when they purchase something online is the increased shipping and handling costs. While you thought you were getting a good deal on price, when attempting to check out, you get hit with $10 or more for shipping & handling. Yes, we know. We buy stuff online as well and hate those hidden charges. Which is why, we are now offering a flat rate shipping cost of $7 per order, not per item.
The only exception is for orders weighing over 10lbs. Believe us, you can buy MULTIPLE products at once and still no reach 10lbs. This really applies to heavy items like sex furniture and products that are in that category. Your shopping cart will display the total shipping weight of your order.
For orders over 10lbs, a real time shipping cost from UPS and USPS will be displayed. This cost is calculated based on your zip code. Due to the deep discounts that we already offer we just cannot cover the shipping costs for order over 10lbs.
These rates are provided by UPS and USPS and not us so you can be assured that we are not trying to pad shipping costs.
How can we do that?? Easy - we want to build a relationship with you so that you continue to buy all your kinky lingerie & costumes or sex toys from us. We want to be the sole provider for your kinky needs. Below are a few FAQ to answer any more questions that you may have. Q. When will my order ship?
A. Your order will ship within 48 hours. We do not ship on the weekends.
Q. Will there be any mention of kinkykupid on the shipping label?
A. We understand and respect the need for your privacy. Boxes or packages will have no mention of kinkykupid. You will see Tremayne Group, LLC as the sender.
Q. What carrier do you use to ship products?
A. We use UPS, FEDEX and USPS to ship orders.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Currently, we DO NOT ship outside the United States. That may change down the road.
Q. What if I missed the delivery?
A. It is best to call the carrier and have them deliver at a time that is convenient for you or have them hold the package at their facility for you to pick up.
Q. What if the carrier has returned my order?
A. Please contact us immediately. Refused or returned orders can be shipped again. An additional cost of $7.50 will be charged even if you received free shipping. We do not calculate shipping costs for return orders and because the burden falls on you, you have to carry the cost. We do not anticipate this to be a big problem - if you are anything like us, then you will probably be waiting by the door to get your order so you can immediately start to play with it;) Orders returned again will not be shipped a third time. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges on the restocked orders. Refused orders can cause your account to be permanently closed.
Q. What do I do if I receive a defective product?
A. Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days from receipt. Contact us regarding replacement and return. All returns require a return authorization number. A claims form is included with each packing slip.
Q. What do I do if I receive damaged merchandise?
A. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damages must be reported to us within 48 hours from receipt of goods. A claims form is included with each packing slip.If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately. We will follow up on the claim. The carrier will credit us (the shipper) and we will take care of you. Your cooperation is very important to our success at being paid for the claim. A claims form is included with each packing slip.
Q. Can I return lingerie/garments/costumes for a different size?
A. Due to health laws and hygiene reasons, NO returns are allowed on lingerie and costumes. It is your duty to make sure that your order is exactly what you want. Once you buy lingerie, you will have no other option but to enjoy it. We may be able to exchange club wear for a different size. However, returns are not allowed on club wear either. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. If not, then the order is considered final. You will assume the cost of shipping for exchanging the product.Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's day costumes and related products are considered seasonal and no returns will be honored.
